Every question a practice principal typically has about the diagnostic — answered plainly.
The Practice Performance Diagnostic
An independent, senior-level diagnostic that identifies where your practice is losing revenue — across marketing, lead handling, conversion systems, database utilisation, IT infrastructure, and team alignment. It is not a marketing review. It assesses the practice as an integrated system.
No. Most marketing diagnostics review campaigns in isolation. This diagnostic covers the full commercial ecosystem — from lead generation through to team capacity, system coherence, and patient journey continuity. In most practices, performance breakdown occurs between departments, not within a single channel.
Practice principals who suspect inefficiencies but can't pinpoint where, are investing in marketing or planning growth, feel operational pressure within the team, and want independent senior-level oversight rather than a vendor comparison.
The DCS leadership team — Canda Reynolds (Founder & CEO), Stephen Ball (CIO, systems and IT architecture), and Alana Rauert (Director, Human-First Media, marketing and digital review). Every diagnostic is reviewed and signed off by Canda before delivery.
Cost & Process
$3,300 + GST. Payable prior to commencement. If no system-level inefficiencies or missed revenue opportunities are identified within the scope of review, the fee is refunded in full.
Because it is a senior-level diagnostic — not a sales consultation. The fee ensures independence, seriousness, and commercially grounded findings. Authority comes from structured analysis, not persuasion.
The written report is delivered approximately 7 business days after payment and receipt of required access. The process is structured to minimise disruption to daily operations.
A comprehensive written report with findings prioritised by commercial impact, identification of unrealised revenue opportunity, a recommended optimisation pathway, and a 1-hour live Diagnostic Review Session. The diagnostic stands alone — there is no obligation to proceed beyond it.
No. We operate in observation mode during the diagnostic phase. No changes are made to campaigns, websites, or systems unless expressly authorised in writing after the diagnostic is complete.
Confidentiality & Scope
Yes. All findings are strictly confidential and prepared solely for the named principal. Nothing is shared with third parties without prior written consent. Confidentiality obligations are documented in the Master Services Agreement executed prior to commencement.
